Inventory

Do the doors unlock /lock securely?
Able to open/close doors and doors shut snugly to frame?
Check taps and drain, note any cracks
Check flush, seat, toilet brush and note any cracks
Check mixer, draindoors/curtain
Check for signs of damp
Note damage to carpet, paintwork or ceiling
Note any broken or missing chairs, desks, drawers and wardrobe dorrs
Check condition, including mattress
Close securely no cracked glass or loose handles.
