Varley Park, Moulsecoomb Place, Paddock Fields and Phoenix Halls are all managed by the Halls Operations team, who are responsible for the day to day management, maintenance and future development of the halls.
Working closing with Student Operations and Support to deliver the Residential Life program and active partnership with third party providers is key to our consistant student first services.

You can also report maintenance requests, sign in guests and for Varley Park, Moulsecoomb Place, and Phoenix Halls you can fill out the Inventory form when you arrive.
